Each individual dinner room is prepared for each group so that we can enjoy dinner fully!

Look at the Japanese garden! We were able to enjoy this beautiful scenery from our dinner room!

This is a menu for dinner! Looks great, doesn't it? Almost all ingredients are local products in Hokkaido! My tour guests were also excited before eating it! Hahaha!

■Appetizer
There are a lot of delicious thing, but the tomato, flower bean tofu, jyunsai (water shield) were especially wonderful!

Of course, with aperitif!!!

■Soup
The noodle like things are made of fish! The egg tofu is also yummy!

■Sashimi
All of them were caught off Hokkaido!
The abalone was caught in Hakodate, the sea urchin in Nemuro, and the sea bream in Muroran!
How sweet the sea urchin and how fresh the abalone is!!! Are we in the heaven???

This flying quid was caught this morning off Hakodate! That's why the texture is very fresh!

■Meat
This Ikeda beef is very tender, cooked for a long time with red wine. Look at the vegetable! This is field mustard, which tastes very nice and I'm loving it!

■Fish
The salmon is a special brand salmon called "Tokisake", which is available only in this season!

■Side dishⅠ
This eggplant and winter melon are cooked just right! We really enjoyed sake with this dish!

■Side dish Ⅱ
King crab!
King crab is a side dish? We cannot believe it!!!!

■Cool dish
This consomme jelly is topped with soy milk source. The balance is perfect!

■Fried food
This fat greenling was caught in Muroran. The distinctive texture and taste makes us happy!!

■Rice
Unwrap the bamboo leaf and

you will find the delicious bean rice! Yummy x 2!!!

■Dessert
The strawberries were produced in Osyamanbe. This dessert is not too sweet and we can enjoy it after drinking sake!
Don't miss the Blanc Manger. Can we have anther serving??

We really enjoyed the dinner!

Takinoya (滝乃家)| Hot Spring Inn | Noboribetsu - Facility & Hot Spring -

There are a lot of hot spring inns in Noboribetsu, but if you want to relax with the highest-quality service in a Japanese inn, I recommend "Takinoya"in Noboribetsu↓

This is a Japanese inn, which provides the best possible service to its customers.

Every equipment has Japanese taste↓

We were so excited before entering it! Hahaha!

They burn incense, which makes us feel happy!

After checking in, we went to this room, which is a common space for their costumers, providing free drinks.

From the veranda, we can enjoy the great nature! How beautiful it is!

This is a welcome drink (green tea) and yokan (bean jelly). I love this service very much! We spent here for a while, and our own attendant took us to our rooms.

This is the lobby. We can appreciate the Japanese garden from here!

Next to the lobby, there is a Japanese tatami room like this and we can relax here, while enjoying Japanese tea! Perfect vacation, isn't it?

The Japanese garden is very calm and peaceful!

The items on the corridor are also wonderful!

This is my rooms, including this Japanese tatami room,

a room with horigotatsu; a low, covered table placed over a hole in the floor, and a bed room.

There is my own outdoor hot spring like this↓ I'm so happy!

I've visited the room of my guests.
Look at the gorgeous hot spring! Wow! Wow! Wow! The water is very rich in sulfur and the residue can be used as massage mask! Of course, the water is 100% natural hot spring, not being diluted with tap water.

There is a grand bath on the 5th floor!

It's like a stage of Noh, a traditional Japanese stage art!!!

On the 1st floor, there is another hot spring↓

We can feel the wind and nature while taking hot spring outside!

We are really enjoying the inn!

La Blancheur (ラ ブランシュール)| French Restaurant | Maruyama, Sapporo

Sapporo holds "Sapporo Autumn Fest" from September 16th to October 2nd in 2011, and during the period, 12 famous restaurants in Sapporo offer special lunch sets at the price of 2,000 yen.

Among the 12, we went to one of the famous Japanese restaurants, "La Blancheur", to enjoy seasonable products!

The restaurant "La Blancheur" is in this "white" building! I love this concept!

We checked the menu. Oh! It was fully booked! Please make a reservation in advance!!

Let' go upstairs to the 3rd floor and enter the restaurant!

It's beautiful, isn't it? I love this white-based wall and floor!

The plate, spoon & fork and knife are fashionable, aren't they?

This is today's course↓ It's very reasonable, only 2,000 yen!!! I cannot believe it!!!

■Appetizer
The pink pots on the top are sakura shrimps! The toast and cheese were very HOT and the shrimps are very crispy! Yummy x 2!

Well, well, well, we ordered champagne first!

Our first choice was "Christian Etienne CHAMPAGNE BURT"!

Cheers!

Look at the glasses! Even glasses for water are very stylish!

This bread is also recommendable, but

look at this! Do you have any idea what it is? I thought first it was olive oil, but smelled different!

Guess what! This is natane oil (rapeseed oil) produced in Kaminokuni, Hokkaido, which has distinctive aroma and goes well with this bread!

We enjoyed the bread with the special vegetable oil and this butter.

 Sakhalin surf clam - Fricassée
This clam was caught in Tomakomai, southern part of Hokkaido. This fricassée was so delicious that we were soooooooooooooooo happy! This restaurant has a lot of something white and delicious!!!

I loved the common blue mussels, too! The clams were very juicy!

This is our 2nd choice; "Petit Bourgeois", a little bitter French wine.

Cheers, again! Hahaha!

Voila!
Here come main dishes!

■Main - fish -
Ratatouille topped with cooked adult yellowtail

The fish does NOT have any fishy smell. I asked the chef why it is. He said, "it was very fresh, caught in Nemuro, Hokkaido". He added, "it was boiled in milk first and cooked". That's why............. We were so moved with this main dish!

■Main dish - meat -
This duck was very tender!
We enjoyed both main dishes, comparing each other!

■Dessert
Coconut croustillant with yogurt ice cream

I love this dessert! We enjoyed a lot of kinds of texture and tastes in it!

This is blanc-manger with thyme ice cream!
I've found another something white and delicious!! This ice cream is my favorite! I love dessert which isn't too sweet!

We ordered herb tea.

Kamille and Rooibos Vanille. Both of them have wonderful aroma and

we enjoyed eating this baked confectionery with the tea! Perfect lunch, isn't is?
